Lenora Flores, Owner of Dynamic Dental Staffing Solutions has over 25 years of experience in the Dental Profession. Lenora graduated from Fayetteville Technical Community College (FTCC) in 1996 receiving her credentials as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. In addition to working as a DAII, she has held positions as an Operations Manager, Clinical Manager and Lead Dental Assistant. She has worked in the General Dentistry field, as well as, with Endodontist, Periodontist and Oral Surgeons. Her wealth in knowledge, experience and education in the Dental Field is what makes her so dedicated to the health and welfare of the dental patient.

Lenora Flores graduated from Campbell University, Buies Creek, North Carolina with a Bachelor of Health Science degree and also holds a graduate degree in Business Administration from Webster University, St. Louis, Missouri where she was awarded a membership to the Delta Mu Delta Business Honor Society. She and her husband founded the Dynamic Dental Staffing Solutions LLC in order to use her experience and provide dental practices with a new approach to solving the shortage problems face by dentists today. This new approach is simple; we will do all the verifications of certifications and credential, do face-to-face interviews and obtain only the most qualified dental professions for our agency and schedule them out to you on temporary assignment. Permanent placement is not out of the equation, we want our Temps to succeed in their profession and in the field of Dentistry.

Luis Flores, Co-owner of Dynamic Dental Staffing Solutions, is a highly decorated retired U.S. Army veteran of 24 years. He has served most of his career in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. He served overseas in Germany and the United Arab Emirates with deployments to Italy, Panama, Kosovo, Macedonia, Bosnia and Egypt. Campaigns include: The Gulf War (Kuwait and Iraq), Bosnia and Kosovo.

Luis Flores has over 20 years of Office Administration and Operational Management experience which he applies to the staffing agency. Luis graduated from Campbell University, Buies Creek, North Carolina with a Bachelor in Business Management (Cum Lauder). He also holds a graduate degree in Business Administration (Suma Cum Lauder) from Webster University, St. Louis, Missouri. He and his wife make a remarkable team. Tired of working for others, they now work for themselves and dedicate their time and efforts to the success of their company.
